I still like some of the product photos, and the general idea is cute, but the site feels messier than I remember. It used to look a bit more put together, while now the colors and layout feel kind of mismatched to me.
Browsing around wasn’t terrible, but some pages felt crowded and harder to use than they need to be. It’s not the worst site or anything, I just didn’t enjoy the design as much as I used to.

I had to reach out about my order and the response took a bit longer than I expected. Compared to some other places I’ve ordered from, it wasn’t the quickest or smoothest customer service experience. That said, they were polite when they did get back to me, and the issue was sorted out in the end. I did have to follow up once, which was a little annoying, but it wasn’t a terrible experience. I’d probably order again, just not if I needed something urgently

I placed my order expecting a normal delivery time, but it ended up taking way longer than I thought it would.

What made it more frustrating was the lack of clear updates. I kept having to check on the parcel myself, which got annoying after a while. It felt like a preventable issue if the tracking and communication had been better.

The items themselves might be totally fine, but the shipping experience really put me off. I don’t think I’d order again unless the delivery process improves...

I ordered my usual size, because silly me, I assumed that would mean it would actually fit. The top was tight in the weirdest places, and the pants were way too short, so the whole thing was just uncomfortable. The size guide wasn’t much help either, unless its purpose was to add to the confusion. Annoying after waiting for it to show up. I definitely wouldn’t buy again unless they figure out the sizing

It looked really nice when it arrived, but after just a few weeks the stitching started coming loose. Once I’d already paid, I kind of felt less confident about the quality and whether it was really worth the money. It’s decent overall, but I expected it to last longer

I ordered a couple of things from Boo & Crew and overall they were cute. The designs looked like the photos, and the quality was fine, so I didn’t have any real complaints there.
That said, for the price, I was kind of expecting something a little more. There’s something about it that feels nice but not quite worth full price to me. I’d probably order again if there was a sale.
